Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the Oops Jump app ("the app", "the game") handles your information. In short: we do not collect, store on any server, or share any of your personal data.
1. Information we collect
None. The app does not require an account and never asks for your name, email, phone number, location, contacts or any other personal information. It does not request access to your camera, microphone, location or device storage.
2. Data stored on your device
So you can continue playing, the game stores some data only on your device: level progress, coins, upgrades, selected character, records and settings (sound, controls). This data is never sent to us. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app or via Settings > Apps > Oops Jump > Storage > Clear data.
If Android backup is enabled on your device, the operating system may back up game data to your own Google account. This is handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy; we have no access to that backup.
3. Network access
The game runs fully offline. All images, sounds and level data are bundled with the app. The app does not connect to the Internet and does not send data to any server.
4. Ads, analytics and third parties
The app contains no real advertising, no analytics, no tracking and no third-party SDKs that collect data. The "ad pop-ups" you see during play are obstacles that are part of the game content; they do not link to any website or product.
5. Recording and sharing gameplay moments
The game may record a screenshot or short clip of the game screen itself (no camera or microphone is used) so you can replay your funniest fails. This content stays on your device. It is only sent anywhere when you choose to share it and pick the receiving app yourself (for example a messaging app); that app's own privacy policy then applies.
6. In-app purchases
The app has no in-app purchases. Coins and upgrades are earned only by playing.
7. Children
The game is suitable for a wide audience. Because it collects no personal information at all, it does not collect data from children under 13 or from users of any age.
8. Security
Since no data leaves your device, the risk of data exposure through the app is minimal. Game data is protected by Android's standard app sandboxing.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app changes. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a future version ever collects data, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
